Amy specialises in Medical Retinal diseases, General Ophthalmology and Cataract Surgery. Her areas of expertise include diabetic retinopathy, age related macular degeneration, inherited eye disease and cataract. She has extensive experience with retinal lasers, intravitreal injections and cataract surgery.

Amy has an appointment to the Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital and is a Senior Research Fellow at the Centre of Eye Research Australia where her current areas of research include ARMD, inherited eye disease and central serous retinopathy. She has been published widely, presented at overseas meetings and is involved with teaching ophthalmology trainees.
